Heath insurance

All people that pay taxes in Estonia are medically insured. Heath insurance also provides compensations to some dental treatment.

There are 3 categories for dental compensations:

1. Prosthodontics
2. Therapy
3. Orthodontics

Each of these categories requires a special contract between dental healthcare provider and Estonia Heath Insurance (Eesti Haigekassa). Our clinic has a contract for prosthodontic compensation. In short, prosthodontic compensation is available for pensioners. It compensates 260 euro in 3 year period.
